DELIVERY

ANAÏ V cushions have a delivery time of 3 to 5 working days. If you come to pick up your order in the store at Leidsche Rijn Centrum, you can do so after three working days when placing the order. All products are in stock and will be shipped as soon as possible after ordering. You will receive a confirmation of the order from us when it has been shipped with a track and trace.

RETURN

We strive to deliver the cushions to your satisfaction and as well as possible. The cushions are handmade and there are only a few pieces, which makes them very unique. If your order is not entirely to your liking, you can return it within 7 days of receipt by reusing the shipping material and shipping bag. Send an email to info@vianalou.com within 48 hours of receiving your order so that it can be processed. Once we have confirmed your email, you will receive the return address and you can return your item(s). Please note: the costs for the return shipment are for your own account. The amount will be refunded within 10 working daysdeposited into your account.
